We loved staying at this venue in the heart of the city. It's located in a small street just off the main shopping area, making it perfect for exploring the pedestrian zone. The service here is exceptional with perfect staff at reception desk, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. They also offer car hire, airport shuttle, valet parking and more. The room had all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV.

The evening refreshments and breakfast at the hotel were both great. The location was very convenient, with lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms werenice and neat.

there were steps up to the door, which could be a challenge if you have a big suitcase.

Felt completely at ease during our stay, couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

The staff were very good too make us feel pampered, from staying up late to greet us upon arrival to accommodating our special requests during breakfast. We were also delighted to discover that the hotel offers live music, complimentary drinks, and snacks in the evenings. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the main shopping street but still peaceful and quiet. We also found a great variety of restaurants in the surrounding area, catering to different tastes. The hotel itself, although situated in an old building, was clean and cozy, creating a homely ambiance that we greatly appreciated.

While the hotel provided an excellent experience overall, we did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks. we found it difficult to find a suitable place to hang full-length dresses in our room.
